1. Information We Collect

Account Information

When you create an account, we collect your name and email address via Google OAuth. We do not collect passwords directly.

Usage Data

We track the number of images processed, API requests made, and general usage patterns to enforce plan limits and improve the Service.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card details. We receive only your subscription status and billing information necessary to manage your account.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To provide and maintain the Service
  • To process subscription payments
  • To enforce usage limits and prevent abuse
  • To communicate service updates
  • To improve the Service based on usage patterns

3. Image Data

Images you upload are processed by our AI service and results are delivered to you. Uploaded images are not stored. Processed results are temporarily stored in cloud storage (Cloudflare R2) and automatically deleted within 24 hours. We do not use your images to train AI models.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your account data is stored in:

  • Cloudflare D1 — Account information and subscription status
  • Cloudflare KV — Session data with automatic expiration (30 days)
  • Cloudflare R2 — Temporary result storage, auto-deleted within 24 hours

All data is encrypted in transit using HTTPS/TLS.

5. Cookies

We use cookies for session management (authentication tokens). We do not use third-party advertising cookies. Analytics cookies may be used with opt-out capability.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Google — OAuth authentication
  • Stripe — Payment processing. Stripe Privacy Policy
  • Cloudflare — Hosting, database, and storage

7. Data Retention

Account data is retained while your account is active. Upon account deletion, all personal data is removed within 30 days. Session data expires automatically. Processed image results in temporary storage are automatically deleted within 24 hours of creation.

8. Your Rights

You have the right to:

  • Access your personal data
  • Request correction of inaccurate data
  • Request deletion of your account and data
  • Export your data
  • Withdraw consent at any time

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service.
